Monthly Chamber meetings take place where all members are encouraged to attend and offer ideas and insights. Our Business After-Hours program, hosted by Chamber members, has really taken off and provides important opportunities for making contacts with fellow business members. There is also our Annual Fall Dinner and Administrative Professionals Day that have been popular events to attend. Chamber membership offers you a diverse list of businesses with whom to network and collaborate.
REFERRALS
The Chamber is committed to serving and promoting its members. Referrals are provided to Chamber members anytime someone calls or emails the Chamber looking for a specific product or service.
BAD AXE BUCKS PROGRAM
Bad Axe Bucks were designed to encourage people to shop locally at our area businesses, therefore keeping money in our community. Bad Axe Bucks work just like cash at Chamber member businesses, can be purchased in denominations of $5's, $10's and $20's and are perfect for gift giving, bonuses to employees, prize money for community events or just about anything else can think of.
MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
The Chamber’s website provides important area, event and member information to meet the needs of visitors and businesses. Your business’ listing on the Chamber website, which includes contact information and a hyperlink to your website, is a benefit of Chamber membership and provides a tremendous marketing opportunity. Other ways members can market their business includes hosting a Business After-Hours, utilizing our mobile Chamber sign for various promotions or submitting any information to promote a sale or event into our quarterly newsletter.
DONATIONS TO WORTHY CAUSES
The Chamber donates to the Huron County Relay for Life, Huron County Child Abuse and Neglect Council, Kids against Drugs program, Thumb Industries, Bad Axe Lighted Christmas Parade, Bad Axe Hatchet Festival and Bad Axe Farmers Market to name a few.

Your business can access discounted insurance rates with your Chamber membership through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MI.

The Chamber encourages active participation by its members in shaping the course of the Chamber and the Bad Axe community. Consider volunteering your time and talents through involvement with the Chamber and its positions and committees.
DEDUCTIBLE MEMBERSHIP INVESTMENT
Your membership investment with the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce is tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
JOIN US! Your company will be making annual investment with the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce. Annual dues are required by May 31 of each year. Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance participants must keep membership current to ensure proper coverage. Membership to the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution, however it may be tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
